Foundations:

  • Concrete slab on ground – waffle pod or raft slab – please refer to engineer’s details
  • Katana screw piers – please refer to engineer’s details

Service connections:

Allowance to make standard connection to water, sewer, stormwater and gas (connect to existing). All service connections to be completed as per relevant authority requirement and inspected
